Privacy & Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to better protect our team of employees and clientele. We understand emergencies happen and things come up. We kindly ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to show up for an appointment on multiple occasions, we reserve the right to refuse you service. You may not book another salon service with us until your previous appointment is paid in full. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you plan to be late, we ask that you please give us a call, as we will always try to accommodate you.
